At TATA AIG, I spearheaded the 0-to-1 design of Nova, a Super Application built for insurance agents. Leading the end-to-end UX strategy and launch, the platform successfully onboarded 150,000+ agents within the first six months and contributed to over ₹50 crore in new revenue. I also led the rapid design of the TATA IPL 2026 agent incentive program, streamlining the user journey using Lovable.ai for fast UX iteration and deploying Generative AI to craft personalised, high-quality GIFs for the campaign. On Bolt, I designed a seamless quote-to-issuance platform featuring a dynamic product recommendation engine personalised by user inputs such as date of birth, pin code, and insurer count. By untangling a highly complex, multi-step proposal journey, I reduced agent drop-off rates by 35% and improved quote-to-policy conversion by 28%. I also redesigned UCON, an administrative portal managing agent-to-manager assignment workflows. Applying Hick's Law to reduce cognitive load, the new interface cut average agent onboarding time by 45% and reduced role assignment errors by 60%.

Offered a full-time role following a successful internship, I went on to drive impactful design work across several of HERE's flagship products. On the Map Style Editor a tool used by automotive giants like Audi, BMW, and Lotus for their in-car navigation systems I directed UX design for multiple features, simplifying complex styling workflows and reducing map customisation time by over 30% for enterprise users. I further improved the design of HERE Studio, modernising the interface and optimising data management journeys, which resulted in a 40% increase in user engagement and a significantly smoother onboarding experience. Additionally, I designed data-heavy interfaces for HERE LiDAR Data, translating complex spatial data into intuitive visual workflows that empowered leading telecom providers like Verizon to precisely identify new network tower locations.

During an internship at HERE Technologies, I was embedded in a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, a product owner, and a manager working on HERE Studio a map analytics tool that allowed users to visualize datasets (CSV and GeoJSON) on interactive maps. Noticing that the product's UI was inconsistent and misaligned with HERE's established design library, I took the initiative to lead a full redesign of the product. Grounding the work in deep user and design research, I overhauled both the visual interface and the underlying user experience, bringing the product in line with the company's design standards while significantly improving usability.

Brand Identity & 3D Visualization: Managed branding for an EV startup during an internship at IIT Delhi, overseeing logo selection and building 3D models of the chosen logo integrated onto automobile models. Extended the visualization to merchandise mockups, helping stakeholders see the brand identity across multiple touchpoints.
